About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Territory Sales Representative to join our team at TruGreen. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers to understand their lawn care needs and provide personalized solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of TruGreen's products and services
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their lawn care needs and preferences
  • Provide personalized solutions to customers to meet their lawn care needs
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English
