**Behavior Therapist/Autism Support Specialist**

T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking passionate and result-driven individuals to help those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBIs) to become their best selves. Our company strives to help individuals reach their personal and professional goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans.
  • Work with individuals with ASD and TBIs to promote social, emotional, and behavioral growth.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide support and guidance to individuals and their families.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Up-to-date Negative TB Test.
  • Credentialing documentation/state requirements.

**Benefits:**

  • Sign-on bonus.
  • Covid pay (an additional $ per hour depending on the area).
  • An additional $1.50 per hour for working anytime from 3:00pm or later.
