About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at KCI Technologies. As a key member of our electrical engineering group, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of electrical engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical oversight for electrical engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead a team of electrical engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Develop and manage project proposals, including qualifications, technical approach, scope, and fee estimates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to gather data, inspect project progress, and identify potential issues.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, budget tracking, and quality control.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of years of experience in electrical engineering project management.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering principles and design.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
