Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Provide project management, technical oversight, and strategic direction to ensure the successful delivery of survey projects.
- Staff Management: Manage and mentor a team of surveyors, CAD drafters, and sub-consultants to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to complete projects effectively.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including transportation agencies, municipalities, and private developers.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including preparing proposals, presentations, and responding to RFPs and RFQs.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to staff members, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to complete projects effectively.
- Experience: 5+ years of progressively responsible land survey experience, with 3+ years of project management experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
- Licenses/Certifications: Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Skills: Proficient in industry-standard software and management tools, including GPS, static scanners, mobile scanners, drones, and more.
- Competitive Salary: $125k - $160k per year, depending on experience.
