MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
· Address and resolve common apartment service requests
· Basic plumbing & electrical skills preferred
· Replace/repair light fixtures, locks
· Capable of installing and fixing appliances
· Perform exterior/interior painting and caulking, minor drywall repairs
· Conduct pressure washing, groundskeeping, and leaf blowing in common areas
MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS
· Reliable transportation to and from the workplace
· Strong work ethic with a focus on reliability and dependability
· Willingness to assist with various community projects
· Enjoy collaboration and taking direction when necessary
· Possess a basic set of hand tools (e.g., screwdriver, channel lock/pliers, wrenches, etc.)
· Power tools experience is a plus
· Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
· Maintain a friendly and customer service-oriented demeanor towards colleagues and clients
