Job Summary

The Non-QM Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business from Correspondent lenders and Wholesale brokers, developing existing relationships, and maintaining a thorough understanding of ArcHome's loan products, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Earn revenue by soliciting new business, meeting monthly and annual goals
  • Add value to clients through in-depth knowledge of ArcHome Loan's products and underwriting guidelines, including NQM, Conventional, FHA, and VA
  • Serve as an ambassador for the company while maintaining professionalism as an advocate for clients when necessary
  • Collaborate with management on client issues and facilitate the completion of client applications
  • Participate in client account assessment and approval processes
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, text, and phone calls
  • Assess client training needs and administer relevant training independently
  • Visit 9+ accounts and/or prospects weekly, managing time effectively to maximize productive interactions
  • Maintain daily contact with the client base to solicit new business and monitor pipeline progress

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
  • A minimum of five years of experience in mortgage sales with a history of success in the industry
  • A solid understanding of wholesale and correspondent loan origination, underwriting processes, and mortgage industry standards
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, along with strong presentation skills
  • A professional demeanor to effectively interact with all company and client personnel
  • Strong analytical ability with aptitude for figures and calculations
  • The ability to conduct virtual meetings and trainings

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location. A valid driver's license, car insurance, and clean driving record are also required.
