About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Frontline Vacation Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for articulating the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations and building rapport with prospective and current owners.

Salary & Benefits

The target compensation for this role is estimated at $100,000 per annum, including commissions and bonuses. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive range of health and welfare benefits, including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, life and accident coverage, disability, and 401k with employer match.

Job Description

As a Frontline Vacation Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers located at one of our award-winning resorts.
  • Finding commonality with prospective and/or current owners.
  • Communicating the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations.
  • Generating sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience.
  • A real estate license or the ability to obtain one.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet minimum performance goals (80% time).
