Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a fast-paced bar environment.
  • Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
  • Set up assigned bars, requisition and stock all necessary supplies, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Take and process orders for drinks, mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes.
  • Check guests for proper identification and detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained.
  • Receive cash from guests, make change, verify validity of charges, and record charges.
  • Lock up and store all beverage product, food, equipment items, deposits, and cash drops.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Previous relevant experience in a bartending or mixology role.
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
