**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • **Maintain a Professional Attitude and Appearance:** Demonstrate a professional attitude and appearance while on-site at customer and company locations.
  • **Inventory Management:** Load and unload product on-site at customer and company locations, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • **Delivery and Logistics:** Safely make deliveries within a 75-mile radius, handling VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) duties and filling vending machines at customer locations.
  • **Communication:** Communicate effectively with the branch regarding customer concerns or needs, ensuring seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
  • **Warehouse Functions:** Perform basic warehouse functions, including order picking, stocking, shipping, receiving, cycle counting, and cleaning, to maintain a well-organized and efficient warehouse environment.

**Requirements:

  • **Experience:** Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in inventory management or other industrial or maintenance-related fields.
  • **Customer Focus:** Strong customer focus, work ethic, and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
  • **Physical Demands:** Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted, drive a 26-foot box truck, and operate material handling equipment (forklift, order picker, pallet jack, etc.).
  • **Certifications:** Pass a D.O.T. Physical and pass a drug screening and background check.
