Key Responsibilities
• Lead advanced analytical initiatives, including the development of methodologies, models, and reports.
• Manipulate extensive pharmacy and medical datasets to derive insights.
• Construct complex SQL queries that effectively utilize multiple table joins and incorporate intricate logic requirements.
• Analyze and interpret pharmacy, medical, and benefits data.
• Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, mathematics, economics, or a related field, or a combination of relevant experience and education.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytical role involving dataset curation and analysis.
• At least 2 years of SQL coding experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with relational databases.
• Proficient in leveraging Excel for mathematical functions and data manipulation.
• Strong proficiency with the MS Office suite.
• At least 2 years of experience working with and querying data via Epic Clarity.

Preferred Qualifications
• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience as noted above, or 3+ years in an analytical role directly dealing with healthcare and pharmacy data.
• 4+ years of SQL and relational database experience.
• Familiarity with SSMS & Oracle SQL Developer.
• Experience with MS Power BI.
• Epic Clarity Certification.
• Experience with pharmacy-related Epic data.
