About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Analytical Chemist to join our R&D team as a Senior Analytical Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing and implementing lab experiments in our R&D chemistry lab.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement analytical methods, including method development, validation, and transfer studies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, regulatory, and manufacturing, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct analytical problem-solving efforts to meet business needs and participate in investigations related to atypical or out-of-specification results.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements related to R&D and ensure compliance in all research, data collection, and reporting activities.
  • Champion internal initiatives that advance operational excellence and implement new or improved techniques and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years; Master's Degree with 3+ years; or PhD with 2+ years in chemistry.
  • Experience in analytical labs, including independent analytical method development, validations, and transfers.
  • A good understanding of ICH, USP guidelines, and cGxP practice.
  • Expertise and hands-on experience with analytical instruments and software, including ICP-MS, ICP-OES, IC, AA, UHPLC/HPLC, GC, UV, Polarimeter, and NMR.
