Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 8 years in Business Analysis or Implementation roles, or equivalent experience through a combination of work, training, military service, or education.
- Proficiency in Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
- Ability to effectively communicate with engineers, analysts, architects, PMs, and leadership at various levels.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Agile or Scrum Master Certification, demonstrating expertise in leading Agile or Scrum teams.
- Familiarity with Client Onboarding and Data Management processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Experience in large enterprise environments, showcasing the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, interpret, define, and document detailed requirements and acceptance criteria in features and user stories by collaborating with business and technology teams, as well as third-party partners.
- Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests, including data extraction and analysis using Excel.
- Organize and structure various activities within a systematic framework.
- Analyze production reporting and optimize workloads and capacities.
- Streamline reporting processes and present insights on workload trends.
- Consult on moderately complex initiatives and contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables.
- Review and analyze business execution challenges requiring thorough evaluation of various factors.
- Assist in resolving moderately complex issues while leveraging a solid understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
