Job Title: Vice President of Quality

At SEC Group, we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Vice President of Quality to lead our quality assurance and control efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and product quality across our dietary supplement and nutraceutical manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality strategies to ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO standards.
  • Lead QA/QC teams and oversee product testing, supplier quality, and process validation.
  • Ensure adherence to 21 CFR Part 111 and 117 regulations for dietary supplements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality protocols throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Monitor quality metrics, lead CAPA processes, and manage audits and inspections.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing quality team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of quality experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role within dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP, and ISO standards.
  • Experience with CAPA, risk management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
