Job Description
The Assistant Nurse Manager will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and managing administrative, financial, and operational duties in collaboration with the Administrative Nursing Supervisor, Nurse Manager, and Assistant Vice President of Specialty Nursing Division.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Mentor professional caregivers in the delivery of patient care.
  • Facilitate patient access, communication, and transitions throughout the acute care stay.
  • Provide leadership for direct patient care provided by specialty nursing unit staff on the assigned primary shift of work.
  • Assure that competent, compassionate patient care is uniformly provided to customers.
