Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide expert care and education to patients with ostomies, draining wounds, fistulas, and skin breakdown. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wound, ostomy, and continence nursing, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one (1) year previous clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse in caring for patients with abdominal stomas, draining wounds, fistulas, and pressure sores ulcers.
  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Completion of an accredited Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nursing (WOCN) program.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic Life Support certification.
  • Ostomy Care Nurse Certificate from the Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nursing Certification Board.
  • Wound Care Nurse Certificate from the Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nursing Certification Board.
  • Certified Continence Nurse (CCCN) certification.

Kaiser Permanente offers a competitive salary range of $83,100 - $118,300 per year, depending on experience.
