Advanced Personnel Resources, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Manager to oversee the finance functions of our client, a growing international company with operations in Greensboro. The successful candidate will report to the President and be responsible for managing the accounting team, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring the maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare budgets, audits, taxes, and administrative functions for the organization.
- Accounting and Financial Reporting: Responsible for the maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes, including the preparation of monthly consolidated P&L and Balance Sheets for the international parent company.
- Cash Management and Treasury: Manage and perform treasury-related duties, including cash management and ensuring the implementation and maintenance of appropriate systems and internal controls.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Provide timely production of statutory and internal financial reports, as well as financial analysis reports as needed.
- Inventory Management: Manage and analyze the physical inventory processes and reports, working closely with Production, Sales, and Purchasing related to inventory and pricing.
- Benefits and Compensation: Consult with Human Resources on benefits, 401(k), and other benefit matters.
Requirements:
- CPA certification
- Strong financial management and accounting skills
- Experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, and treasury
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
