Job Overview

Location: Virginia – Bristol City, Washington, Wise, Lee, Russell, Scott, Norton City, Grayson Smyth, Tazewell, Wythe

HP Preservation Service LLC is seeking experienced Property Preservation/REO Contractors to fulfill essential maintenance tasks.

Compensation: Payment is made bi-weekly based on your submitted bid and according to the allowable list (no discounts).

Key Responsibilities:

Contractors will be responsible for a variety of preservation duties, including but not limited to:

  1. Winterization services
  2. Lawn care and maintenance
  3. Debris removal
  4. Lock replacements
  5. Initial property services (including thorough cleaning)
  6. Boarding up properties
  7. Preparing properties for conveyance
  8. Conducting general and minor repairs
  9. Providing accurate estimates for repairs and replacements
Requirements:
  • Must possess reliable transportation
  • Detail-oriented reporting skills, including documentation with photos and bids
  • Ability to meet client deadlines consistently
  • Must have necessary equipment and maintain an inventory of HUD locks and materials
