The Manager is tasked with overseeing the daily functions within PHMG's Technical Implementation division, ensuring that all team members execute their responsibilities efficiently and effectively. This role encompasses strategic planning, setting objectives, and implementing processes and procedures to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction. The Manager will also be instrumental in managing customer and stakeholder relationships, budgeting, resource distribution, and performance oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of Technical Implementation specialists, offering guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, updates, and address any issues.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with established standards.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements and innovative solutions.
- Establish and communicate clear performance expectations and objectives for team members.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present departmental performance reports to senior management.
- Demonstrated experience in a managerial, team lead, or supervisory capacity.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience engaging with external clients and customers.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience in managing stakeholder relationships as a partner.
