Job Summary:

Baptist Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our 5G Acute Care/Tele unit. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Implement professional nursing practice centered on the patient as a whole person and the creation of a caring environment focused on healing and wellness.
  • Coordinate, ensure, and provide direct patient care activities on the unit through provision of nursing rounds, assessments, and treatments, facilitating admission, transfer, and discharge activities, provision of patient and family-centered education, care coordination and individualized treatment planning as applicable.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes and promote a culture of safety and quality.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure or work permit in Kentucky.
  • Bachelor's or an associate degree in nursing from an accredited college/university.
  • Basic life support, ACLS/PALS/NRP, and successful completion of dysrhythmia class as required by department of Assignment.
