Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Acute Care/Tele unit at Baptist Health. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a culture of excellence and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement evidence-based nursing practices to promote patient healing and wellness.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health literacy and self-management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in Kentucky.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
- Basic life support certification.
- ACLS/PALS/NRP certification.
