OWN, Inc. is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Destin, FL. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for planning and designing civil engineering projects, conducting calculations, and preparing comprehensive construction documents.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop project plans and designs.
  • Conduct technical calculations to ensure accurate and efficient project designs.
  • Prepare detailed construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
  • Estimate quantities and construction costs to facilitate budgeting and project planning.
  • Provide construction phase services, overseeing project progress and addressing any on-site issues.
  • Generate detailed reports and conduct studies to assess project feasibility, environmental impacts, and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage the preparation and submission of permit applications, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
  • Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam.
