The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in research methodologies and will contribute significantly to the ongoing projects, although they may not have an independent research agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate research initiatives within the designated field.
- Provide independent insights and contributions to various projects based on professional expertise.
- Conduct statistical analyses and graphical representation of research data, interpret findings, and assess data validity.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges independently.
- Enhance team collaboration and contribute to collective research efforts.
- Establish testing controls, criteria, and research benchmarks as necessary.
- Design complex data processing systems for effective research data analysis.
- Achieve designated outcomes for specific projects or significant components of larger assignments.
- Act as a knowledgeable researcher and mentor to junior research personnel.
- May provide supervision and guidance to both exempt and non-exempt staff, including responsibilities related to hiring, performance evaluations, and time-off approvals.

Educational Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline is required.
Experience Requirements
A minimum of three years of experience in a related field or discipline is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
Possession of an advanced degree and specialized training is advantageous.
