Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Harbor Healthcare System. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing general medical care and treatment to patients in an inpatient facility under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Texas.
- 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in hospice or home health.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel and have reliable transportation.
- Clean background check and drug screen.
