Main Bank Cashier Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Main Bank Cashier to join our team at the Inn of the Mountain Gods. As a Main Bank Cashier, you will be responsible for performing and recording cash transactions to support casino gaming operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately process cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and exchanges, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Cash Handling: Count, reconcile, and manage cash and other financial instruments to ensure accuracy and security.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements, departmental policies, and casino procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a secure environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a cash handling role preferred.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and customer service skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a smoke-filled environment.
