Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, current employees, and job applicants consistently.
  • Create detailed job descriptions for client vacancies and effectively promote these positions to potential candidates.
  • Source, screen, and onboard candidates for various roles within the light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and general labor sectors.
  • Prepare comprehensive new hire packets that include necessary documentation such as work eligibility forms, tax documents, company policies, and payroll information, ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
  • Conduct background checks and drug screenings for new hires as required.
  • Facilitate New Hire Orientations to adequately prepare candidates for their first day.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing employees to ensure their assignments are progressing smoothly.
  • Engage with client customers frequently to ensure timely filling of positions and satisfaction with placements.
  • Participate in onsite meetings with potential clients, conduct safety tours of facilities, and maintain relationships with current clients.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a staffing or recruitment capacity.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven sales aptitude.
  • Intermediate proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook and Word.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
