Role Responsibilities
As a Benefits Verification Associate, you will serve as a vital link between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies. Your expertise in the healthcare sector will be essential in resolving insurance-related inquiries and facilitating timely prescription deliveries.
Key Duties Include:
- Managing multiple systems and platforms to address patient and colleague inquiries.
- Conducting both inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with their insurance needs.
- Utilizing your attention to detail to navigate complex insurance processes.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- Proficiency in computer navigation and experience with Windows-based applications.
- A minimum of one year in a healthcare setting, particularly in insurance verification or medical billing.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with pharmacy benefits and prior authorizations.
