Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Early Childhood Education professional to join our team at Learning My Way Montessori. As a Toddler Teacher, you will play a crucial role in encouraging children's intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. If you have a passion for helping children learn and reach their potential, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning engaging games and activities that are developmentally appropriate, designing a daily and weekly schedule, providing basic care and caregiving activities, evaluating children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones, and communicating with parents to keep them updated on their child's progress.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider, a strong understanding of child development, patience, kindness, and excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. First aid and CPR certification is also required.
