Infant and Toddler Care Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Early Head Start Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, ensuring curriculum fidelity, and providing individualized attention to each child's needs.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the Head Start Performance Standards and the Head Start Early Learning Outcomes Framework.
- Provide high-quality interactions and promote family involvement in supporting children's health, social empowerment, and school readiness.
- A minimum of an AA/AAS in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, or an AA/AAS in a related field with at least 9 credits in Infant/Toddler Development.
- The Infant-Toddler Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is also acceptable.
- A competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
