Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Concierge to join our team in Minneapolis. As a Patient Care Concierge, you will be responsible for managing patient interactions from booking to post-scan follow-up, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage patient communication through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Provide pre-scan support, including medical intake form assistance and appointment reminders
  • Coordinate patient arrivals and intake, including identity verification and payment processing
  • Escort patients to the scan room and provide instructions
  • Provide post-scan support, including report distribution and follow-up calls
  • Monitor and maintain clinic cleanliness and organization

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in customer service or healthcare support is an asset
