Department Overview

Within the Customer Experience Operations (CXO), the Field Operations team represents the company to our clients, focusing on resolving inquiries, preventing future issues, and promoting our offerings while actively listening and engaging with customers through voice and chat interactions.

This position is part of an on-site team located at our advanced facility.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will act as a resource for billing, programming, and technical support inquiries. This includes promoting products and services to ensure customers derive maximum value from their DISH experience. You will provide solutions for a range of customer concerns, from simple questions to more complex issues. If you enjoy problem-solving and interacting with a diverse clientele, this role is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enjoy at least 2 consecutive days off each week.
  • Assist customers from 6 AM to 10 PM MT.
    • Choose between two shift options: 8-hour shifts for 5 days or 10-hour shifts for 4 days.
  • Maintain open availability, including weekends and holidays, with potential schedule adjustments every 12-15 weeks based on business needs.
  • Handle back-to-back customer service or technical support calls throughout your shift.
  • Engage with a varied customer base to address needs and technical challenges.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates possess:
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Six months of relevant customer service and troubleshooting experience.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques.
All candidates must demonstrate:
  • Ability to stay engaged on calls with minimal distractions.
  • Excellent attendance record.
  • Flexibility to work between 6 AM and 10 PM MT, including weekends and holidays.
  • On-site presence required, with potential for a mix of at-home and on-site work based on performance.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple applications while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and/or G-suite.
  • Adaptability to changing business requirements.
Compensation

Starting compensation is $15.50/hour.
