Department Overview:
As part of the Customer Experience Operations (CXO) team, the Field Operations group serves as the primary point of contact for our customers. Our mission is to resolve inquiries, mitigate future issues, and promote our services while actively listening and connecting with our clientele through voice and chat interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Support Specialist, you will be an essential resource for inquiries related to billing, programming, and technical support. Your role will involve:
  • Providing solutions for a variety of customer concerns, from basic inquiries to complex issues.
  • Engaging with customers across the nation to ensure they derive maximum value from their DISH experience.
  • Maintaining a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
  • Handling a high volume of customer interactions throughout your shift.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who possess:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least six months of customer service experience.
