Key ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the Customer Experience Team (CXO), you will represent our company to our customers. This team is dedicated to resolving customer inquiries, preventing future issues, and promoting our offerings while ensuring a caring and connected experience through voice and chat interactions. Team members are expected to maintain comprehensive knowledge of our wireless products, accessories, and pricing structures. Your goal is to excel as a customer support advocate in the industry.
Specific Duties Include:
- Fostering long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and effective problem resolution.
- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of our wireless offerings, accessories, and pricing.
- Providing product recommendations and facilitating sales of our services.
- Responding accurately to customer inquiries regarding billing, devices, product features, troubleshooting, and hardware operations.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement by analyzing call trends and providing feedback to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Engaging with a diverse customer base to address their needs and technical challenges, establishing yourself as a top-tier support advocate.
Required:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- A positive attitude with a strong customer-centric approach.
- A willingness to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in customer service or related training.
- Familiarity with the wireless industry.
- Knowledge of wireless devices and their functionalities.
- Understanding of the process involved in switching wireless providers.
- A strong commitment to assisting customers with pricing, devices, services, and products.
- Flexibility to adapt to various work environments.
- High engagement and enthusiasm throughout your shift.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, with additional pay for evening and weekend shifts.
- Proficiency in operating Windows OS desktop computers.
- Ability to multitask and effectively resolve issues while managing customer interactions and logging information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- A proactive approach to communicating challenges back to the business.
- A desire for continuous improvement and openness to coaching and development.

The base pay range provided is a guideline. Individual compensation may vary based on qualifications, skill level, and competencies, and is subject to change based on the role's location. Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment screening, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
