Your Role:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will take charge of:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Managing the recruitment process from initial interview to offer acceptance.
  • Overseeing a diverse portfolio of candidates and clients.
  • Utilizing various online resources to search, source, and screen potential candidates.
  • Building strong partnerships with clients to enhance their business through effective candidate attraction strategies.
  • Conducting in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates thoroughly.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior sales consultants within the office.
  • Participating in the proposal development and pitching process.
  • Negotiating commercial terms and rates.
