**Job Summary**

We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy individual to fill a part-time maintenance position at one of our childcare centers. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the exterior and interior of the building, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our children and staff.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Maintain the exterior of the building, including trimming bushes, picking up trash, and performing other exterior upkeep tasks.
  • Monitor and maintain emergency exit lights and fire extinguishers to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Perform minor plumbing repairs and other building maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Conduct regular inspections of our 14-passenger bus to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Coordinate with vendors to schedule repairs and maintenance for the kitchen, HVAC, parking lot, and other areas of the building.
  • Perform other maintenance-related tasks as communicated by the Director, Assistant Director, or owner.
