Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Servicing Specialist to join our team at Wintrust Financial. As a key member of our Commercial Lending department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional servicing support for our Middle Market Lending portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Book and fund middle market commercial loans, including participations, within the ACBS loan servicing system.
  • Post payments, advances, and payoffs, and process loan maintenance within the ACBS loan servicing system.
  • Reconcile, research, and clear items on loan-related general ledger accounts.
  • Review and interpret commercial loan approvals and documents for proper booking on the ACBS loan servicing system.
  • Communicate and respond to inquiries from lenders, credit reporting, finance, and quality control groups.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Loan Operations or Commercial Servicing.
  • Understanding of complex commercial lending structures and loan documentation.
  • Experience with commercial loan systems/software.
  • Ability to perform duties with a high level of accuracy, meet deadlines within tight timeframes, and multi-task when necessary.
  • Strong analytical skills.
