Join Our Team as a Tennis Program Assistant Coach & Indoor Facility Supervisor

Lewis-Clark State College is seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Tennis Program Assistant Coach & Indoor Facility Supervisor. If you have a strong passion for tennis and possess experience in coaching as well as facility oversight, this opportunity may be ideal for you.

Educational Requirement: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited institution.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of NAIA or NCAA regulations and guidelines.
  • Prior experience in coaching tennis at the collegiate or high school level.
  • Demonstrated skills in facility management.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and make sound decisions.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible working hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in a pertinent field.
  • Experience in collegiate tennis.
  • Background in fundraising and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit talented student-athletes for the tennis program.
  • Lead training sessions and skill enhancement activities.
  • Assist in the overall management of the tennis program.
  • Provide mentorship on team conduct and athlete support.
  • Help facilitate tennis center clinics and instructional lessons.
  • Collaborate with the Athletic Director on recruitment strategies.
  • Engage in additional tasks aimed at improving student recruitment and retention.
