Job Summary

This position is part of the team supporting F-35 aircraft maintenance at Luke AFB, AZ, and will be responsible for program and aircraft quality assurance. The successful candidate will have a minimum USAF 7-Level skill rating (or equivalent experience) or USMC Level 4 MATMEP rating, with 8-10 years recent (within the past 5 years) fighter aircraft on/off aircraft maintenance experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate process compliance and write/review Corrective Action/Preventative Action (CAPA) reports.
  • Perform root cause analysis and validate quality processes, responses, and plans.
  • Conduct incident and/or mishap investigation audits, prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information, and trends including failed process, recalls, corrective actions, and validations.
  • Identify and understand non-conformities as they relate to safety-of-flight inspections, procedural breakdowns, and/or program (process) audits.
Requirements
  • Must have experience in inspection of aircraft ground handling/servicing; component removal/replacement; scheduled and unscheduled maintenance; Time Compliance Technical Directives (TCTD) execution.
  • Must have experience in inspection of Aerospace Ground Equipment AGE/GSE; Hazardous Waste Management programs; tool & FOD industry standards; equipment calibration procedures; general security procedures.
  • Must be able to work any shift as required to support customer.
  • Must be able to deploy to support customer needs.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must have an Interim Secret Clearance prior to starting.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
