We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to lead our district management team in the North Central Ohio Valley region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving client growth, increasing company profitability, and developing business strategies to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operations and develop business strategies to increase profitability within the assigned geographic area.
- Lead and motivate district general managers and team members to achieve goals and targets.
- Coach, develop, and mentor district general managers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Travel to district offices to ensure consistent application and interpretation of standard operating procedures.
- Identify and implement solutions to improve business performance and resolve issues and obstacles.
- Anticipate customer needs and provide services that exceed customer expectations.
- Participate in strategic planning with other field leaders to ensure the direction of the business is aligned with our goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of related work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.
- Understanding of the dynamics of franchise owner/company owned environment.
- Ability to make independent decisions and assume complete responsibility for work and decisions.
- Experience in developing and executing short-term and long-range strategic plans.
- Effective math and analytical skills, including P&L ownership and budget development and management.
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills, public relations skills, and detail-oriented.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop associates.
- Knowledge of district and/or regional operations sufficient to select, train, and direct the activities of district and regional office staff.
