Job Description

At Motorola Solutions, we're committed to helping our customers achieve their goals and objectives. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers get the most out of our Public Safety Software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer success plans to drive adoption and satisfaction of our Public Safety Software solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions and services.
  • Identify and address customer pain points and provide creative solutions to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on customer health and satisfaction metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the public safety or software industry.
  • Strong understanding of public safety software solutions and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
