Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
  • Provide clinical supervision and case management for in/outpatients
  • Collaborate with department staff/supervisors and other KKI departments as needed
  • Participate in research projects involving the assessment and treatment of behavior disorders
  • Supervise and train Behavioral Psychology staff
  • Participate in administrative, clinical, and training meetings as necessary
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in psychology required
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a multi-disciplinary setting dealing with normal and disabled children
  • Two years experience providing behavior analysis assessment and treatments needed
