Job Title: Sales Engineer - West Coast Growth Initiatives

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Engineer to drive our growth initiatives on the West Coast. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining and expanding existing client relationships, and strategically growing our market share in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the West Coast region.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence and increase sales of our elemental analyzers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with the inside/outside sales teams and management to develop and implement sales strategies for existing and new products/services.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM platform.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years in outside sales, preferably selling analytical instrumentation in the petrochemical, chemical, and/or environmental industries.
  • Strong understanding of elemental analyzers or related technologies.
  • An established network of industry contacts in the West Coast region.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English is required, with Spanish language skills as a plus.
