We are seeking a talented Demand Generation Senior Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team, driving marketing efforts to generate new leads and deploying targeted campaigns across various platforms.

Job Summary

The Demand Generation Senior Manager will be responsible for building and executing strategic demand generation programs to support Iridium's growth and expansion. This role requires a self-motivated individual with an analytical mindset and a knack for data-driven decision-making. As a key member of our Sales & Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing efforts, collaborating with Executive Leadership, Sales Operations, Lines of Business, and Channel Sales to develop new growth opportunities and create personalized marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demand Generation Strategies: Lead, develop, and execute strategic demand generation programs to support Iridium's growth and expansion from concept to conclusion.
  • Advertising and Social Media Campaigns: Responsible for creating, managing, and growing Iridium's advertising and social media campaigns.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Collaborate with Executive Leadership, Sales Operations, Lines of Business, and Channel Sales to develop new growth opportunities, identify target accounts, and create personalized marketing plans.
  • Marketing Strategies and Campaigns: Collaborate across the Marketing Team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns that align with business goals and target audience needs.
  • Performance Improvement: Drive measurable performance improvements in paid ads, organic traffic, website conversion, and ABM programs.
  • Data-Driven Culture: Champion a data-driven culture by establishing KPIs, leveraging analytics to optimize programs, and recommending improvements.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, to optimize effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Landing Pages and Forms: Create and manage landing pages and forms for lead capture and conversion.
  • Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing, to generate demand and drive lead generation.
  • Budget Management: Create and manage demand generation budgets for paid media.
  • Forecasting and Projections: Develop realistic forecasts and projections for campaign performance and revenue impact.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with 5+ years of experience in demand generation and digital marketing (preferably in the technology industry).
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in developing creative campaigns and executing email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, and paid digital. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey products, deliverables, analyses, and/or issues clearly and confidently. Ability to build meaningful relationships with others, including senior leadership outside of your own department. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze situations, generate effective solutions, and see them through to completion.
  • Additional Requirements: Experience with marketing automation and tech tools, CRM systems, and managing vendors, partners, and budgets. Ability to travel up to 25% and lift/handle boxes and inventory.

Work Environment

This position primarily works in the company office or in a home office. The position is largely sedentary, with the majority of the time spent sitting in a chair and working with a computer. The role uses basic office equipment, including a phone, video, computer, keyboard, mouse, and printer. For meetings in-person, this position will need to stand, walk within the office, and climb stairs occasionally.

Salary Range

$125,000 - $175,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
