Breakfast Line Cook

WINDRIFT AVALON F&B is seeking a skilled Breakfast Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality breakfast dishes to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook breakfast items, including eggs, pancakes, omelettes, meats, and potatoes, to meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless food production and service.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage food and supply inventory to minimize waste and ensure availability.
- Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all food is prepared to order and presented in a timely manner.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen, preferably in a breakfast or food production role.
- Certifications: ServSafe certification required.
This is a full-time position, requiring 40+ hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The employee will be frequently exposed to heat, steam, fire, and noise in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
