Position Overview:
As a Hospice Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be under the supervision of the Administrator, Executive Director, or Patient Care Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to provide compassionate care to patients in their residences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients.
- Prepare light meals as needed.
- Offer basic emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
Qualifications:
- A compassionate and empathetic disposition.
- Valid CNA license.
- Minimum of six months of experience in patient care.
- Current driver's license and automobile insurance.
- CPR certification.
