Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure every client feels valued and understood
  • Promote the benefits of Total Body Care by educating clients on new services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, and encouraging homecare retail purchases
  • Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, and addressing questions
  • Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach
