About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Solutions Expert to join our team at Zuora. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software sales or solutions.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong understanding of the subscription/usage billing space and its applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
