Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Wealth Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning and investment management solutions to our clients, as well as mentoring and supervising emerging professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Manage and engage directly with a group of clients to best support their financial, investment, and risk outcomes; responsible for client retention and client satisfaction with assigned clients
  • Financial Planning: Provide guidance and expert advice to management, clients or other groups outside the organization on technical financial planning and investment planning needs, systems, or process-related topics
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution to solve client or operational problems and be held accountable and responsible for those decisions
  • Client Data Management: Ensure the compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, reconciling, downloading and verifying of client data in the organizations' client related software programs, including CRMs, financial planning software, investment management software, and other related or connected programs is completed according to procedure
  • Client Communication: Observe, receive, and otherwise obtain information from all relevant sources to make sure client accounts are up to date, including translating or explaining what information means and how it can be used by other professionals
  • Compliance: Support Compliance to maintain an effective and robust investment advisory compliance program
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in finance, financial planning, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of direct client experience, preferably with an independent registered investment advisor
  • Licenses and Certifications: Series 65 and CFP (or similar) required; pursuit of advanced degree or additional designations preferred
  • Skills and Knowledge: Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, empathy and listening), extensive knowledge in financial planning analysis and modeling, specifically to affluent and high-net-worth clients, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Apps, knowledge of Investment Advisory Regulations required
