Position Overview

  • Lead projects while fostering strong client relationships.
  • Design and implement maintenance and reliability business processes and systems.

Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in asset management consulting is essential.
  • Demonstrated capability to build and lead teams towards achieving objectives.
  • Understanding of standards such as ISO5000 or PAS55.
  • Prior experience as an Asset or Reliability Engineer is required.
  • Over 10 years of experience in sectors such as manufacturing, mining, oil & gas, or pulp & paper, particularly in environments recognized for reliability best practices.
  • Background in roles such as planner/scheduler, supervisor, reliability engineer, superintendent, or manager in both operations and maintenance.
  • Experience in formulating asset maintenance strategies utilizing RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) principles.
  • Ability to lead, plan, execute, and review major plant shutdowns, utilizing Shutdown Gantt charts software.
  • Experience in facilitating defect elimination programs, including methodologies such as RCFA, FMECA, and RCM.
  • Competency in developing and implementing key performance indicators for effective management of client businesses.
  • Proven ability in training, coaching, and auditing.
  • Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
  • Well-developed written and oral communication abilities.
  • Proficient in computer skills and MS-Office applications.
  • Familiarity with various Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is required.
