Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to support our clinical staff in providing top-notch patient care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient intakes, prepare medical records, and coordinate patient schedules.
  • Assist physicians with exams and procedures, maintain patient confidentiality, and handle sensitive situations professionally.
  • Manage inventory, maintain equipment, and ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year current physician office or clinic experience.
  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assisting program.
  • Current MA national credential, e.g., CMA (AAMA), RMA (AMT), NCCT NCMA, etc. or an exam date scheduled.
  • Current Healthcare Provider CPR (prefer AHA).
  • Excellent communication skills and detailed understanding of patient care.
  • Attention to detail, organized, and the ability to multi-task.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00 per hour DOE, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k), and life insurance.
