As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a similar setting;">
